Steven Scandaliato has spent more than forty years across every phase of fire protection — engineering, contracting, design, and project management — for the full range of fire protection and life-safety systems.
He serves on NFPA committees 11, 13, 16 and 101, sits on the Technical Advisory Committee of the American Fire Sprinkler Association, and is a nationally recognized speaker who has presented to thousands through AFSA, ASPE, AIA, SFPE, ASSE and the IFMA.
His work spans pre-FEED through detailed engineering: specifications, P&IDs, fire modeling, hydraulic calculations, construction management, and acceptance testing — plus the risk assessments, code consulting, and expert testimony that keep projects and cases sound.
